Kim Garling, CVPM
Senior Executive Coach, FounderKim Garling brings a high energy, passionate approach to coaching her teams. Using her 20+ years of experience working in the areas of medicine and management, she successfully and purposefully teaches teams how to deliver 5-star customer service, while delivering 5-star medical care.
A 5-star veterinary practice involves more than high quality medical care. It also requires a well-organized and equipped team working towards the same goal of customer satisfaction and profitability. Kim is dedicated to finding challenges and inefficiencies in a clinic, and providing solutions along with hands-on training to advance a practice to a higher level. Her focus on what clients want, and what teams need to build a financially successful and culturally healthy clinic, requires a committed and trusting relationship. With her hands-on approach, our clients and their teams experience the true difference between consulting and coaching.
Kim is a certified practice manager and a member of the Veterinary Hospital Managers Association.
When she is not helping a veterinary practice succeed, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Rod, their 2 grown children, Bethany and Adam, and their beloved dog, Isabelle.
